For the Pakoray you will need:
2 large potatoes
Half a kg of fish (optional)
1 large onion
1 and a half tbs of crushed chilli
1 tbs salt
1 tbs garam masala
2 tbs dried casturi meti
roughly a cup and a half of gram flourand water as needed
1. Chop the potatoes and finely slice the onion.
2. And combine all the ingredients.
3. Shallow fry until they're slightly brown (like in the picture).
And that's all you need to do!
For the Chutney:
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 small tomato
half tsp of salt
a handful of coriander or mint
2 green chilli
and a cup of natural yogurt.
1.Cut the onion, garlic, tomato, chilli and mint/coriander.
2.And blend everything together.
And you have your chutney!
